Good
proximity to the metro is reasonably good everywhere in downtown Tokyo but this station periodically has a direct train to Narita airport with no train changes. Planning ahead makes for an easier exit from Tokyo.
Staff seem to be very limited in what they can understand about any given situation or are limited in the adjustments they can make. I expect that, with limited services compared to fuller service hotels - like not providing regular room cleaning -there would be a high level of professionalism in the staff interface with customers.

Very Good
Great location, a few minutes walk from 2 different subway stations and 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. The rooms are small but very comfortable.
The Japanese breakfast was not to my liking. I would have preferred a bigger selection. There's plenty cafes nearby so this wasn't too much of an issue
